Milka Fong holds her M.Ed in Marriage & Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling. Milka worked with Autistic children at the Cardinal Cushing Center in Hanover, Massachusetts and worked as a Clinician/Consultant at Pyramid Builders Associates, Inc.  She is a wife, a mother, a professional, but above all, a Christian and member of Central Baptist Church in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Richardson Fong was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. A graduate of Journalism and Art School in Haiti, Richardson worked as a Journalist/Reporter and Presentator on Haiti's National Television. He also taught literature (both French and Haitian Literature) in Haiti. Richardson came to the United States in June, 2002 where he held management positions with Walmart for ten years. Currently, he is a student at the University of Phoenix while managing the efforts of establishing the Angels' Voice Orphanage organization. For AVO, Richardson is the Assistant CEO and Public Relations Director. Richardson is a member of the Central Baptist Church in Quincy.

Richardson and his wife, Milka have four children - a daughter and three sons and live in Weymouth. Two of their sons were adopted from Haiti after the earthquake. They are actively involved in the management and organization of AVO both here in the United States and in Haiti.
